Holiday!

boil peppers in one pot

in separate oiled pan, sauté onion, garlic, veggie ground beef, tomatoes,
and rice that had been cooked previous.

remove peppers from pot and remove excess water

stuff peppers and top with cheese

place in oven on middle rack and wait for cheese to melt

(I accidently broke one of the peppers but didn’t want to waste it so I just placed it flat in the pan)

We haven’t found the right “topper” quite yet.

I will eventually make a sewn Christmas banner for the fireplace mantle.
Complete with stockings!

Corner nook in the living room with classic Christmas books available to read!

Kelsey and I worked so hard on all the little paper snowflakes!
We had so much fun making each one different than the one before.
